Dirk and I consider the weekly supermarket shopping a chore. Per week it kills at least two hours from both of us. Time is the most valuable resource for us for now. And it kills a lot of our energy too.
The other day I had the idea of an automatic supply delivery system. Every house has a built-in supplier delivery pipe. The fridge knows about our need and orders food automatically whenever something’s reserve runs below a threshold. Some chosen food vendors receives the order from the fridge and deliver the food via the delivery pipe back into our fridge. The billing and the payment are done automatic too given our credit card data.
The supply delivery pipe can be certainly used for stuff that is other than food. Toilet paper, printer cartridge, anything that fits into the pipe.
We are either too lazy or too busy.
